During the first 5 months of
my pregnancy I was still journaling everything I ate, and was
eating a balanced diet. However I was not gaining any weight
and finally the doctor told me that I must stop journaling and
start eating. So I did, and put on a whopping 40 pounds during
my pregnancy. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy!
I then returned to weight
watchers and was put on a program for nursing moms. What they
did not tell me, and what I did not know was that this program
was not so you could lose weight, but merely maintain what you
had. This was not what I wanted and at the end of the 6 months
and weighing the same as when I went back was very
disappointing. I struggled to get back on track over the next
couple of years. There was a lot of turmoil in my personal
life so it was not an easy thing to do.
When I finally got back on
track, Weight Watchers introduced a new program! You might
have seen commercials for it, the ones with the little
character "Hungry". Well "Hungry" is no
program and again I was lost and struggling.
Then my younger sister Kim

can't tell you how important this is if you want to be

I feel great when I am on
these products and how I feel when I don't have them and
choose to stay with this as a lifestyle change for the rest of
my life. It feels great and comforting to know that I am
getting all of the vitamins and minerals that my body needs
each day and that they are 100% natural. This is not something
that can be done through our food these days unfortunately.
I have since started my
entire family on having a shake a day, this way I can be
assured they are getting everything they need as well. The
products really do taste great, and my children are waiting
each morning for me to make them a shake.
Kim had told my there was a

as an associate, and taught me how to get my name out there
